    "Japan should have an effective action plan" says Fukuda. Yeah, and Japan should also have and effective leader, effective strategy, effective you-name-it instead of this lame duck PM. A ditherer in a burning house about sums him up.

    Why try to fight something that is Natural. Global warming is a natural cycle, just like global cooling was in the 50s.

    well. think if japanese stop pretending sitting in the office and do it like they are working so hard, infact they got absolutely nothing to do anymore. if they just wrap up the work get it done in the working hour and go home early. how much energy we can safe each day?

    nisegaijin - mmm... who do I believe, you, or a substantial majority of the world's climatologists.

    Err.... I think I'll go with the scientists, and the common sense concept that burning more and more fossil fuels is a generally bad idea - and plainly it is unsustainable, whether or not you believe in the reality of global warming or choose to bury your head in the sand
