Will end up in profit taking either by the Finance Ministry or JT investors...losses if any would be passed on to smokers/non-smokers...taxpayers !

Good. They can grow something else, like food or industrial-use hemp. Besides, these tobacco farmers should never have assumed it their god-given right to grow a plant that ends up killing millions.
