    As long as Japan keeps "making it cheap" for the US forces to stay in Japan (paying for clubs, golf courses, kids playgrounds) the US forces will fight tooth and nail to stay... When people pay with their own money.. they start eating at home.. and finding ways to make it work. Obama also is focused on "waste" in the Pentagon budget.. aw
