    Yeah, he froze an important science-funding project. The guys who spend their last 2-3 months for that applications are extremely happy. Good start

    I just got an e-mail a few minutes ago: two more funding programs (for young researchers) were frozen. These guys didn't learn anything from the Bush disaster

    the problem is there are some legitimate researches going on and now materials and instruments can't be bought because there is no more money...Wasteful spending yes, all research funds frozen , now thats pretty lame and pure ignorance
