    This is a refreshing turn, the people deserve more transparency. Obama promised such but it hasn't happened--no surprise, neh?

    Papawhale: Before you get all excited, note that this is not a promise to reveal the facts, it's a promise to form a group that will talk about looking into the facts. I'm sure once the facts are revealed to the group, they will NOT be revealed to the public.

    Go ahead and expose the details of the Okinawa reversion. Is there anyway that the US can demand it back for breaking the secrecy of the agreement? That would be a fun turn of events.
