    Am I wrong, or is this two non-nuclear nations both protected by the U.S. Nuclear Umbrella co-chairing the Nuclear Nonproliferation Commission?

    We are not living in a simple world, Australia keeps selling yellow cakes to Russia China ...and "hopes' that those uranium will be used ONLY for peaceful purposes???
