    Don't you know current debt/gdp ratio is 214% while Japanese demographic is changing to againg society with regressive population growth. Where do you get extra budget for SDF for offensive use? Sounds like you are ready to change current SDF volunteering system to mandatory servinging system. I see.....Takumi Saito, you are the first one on the list. Great idea.

    Japan’s defense spending in 2011 was the world’s sixth largest at $59.3 billion, according to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute. China was second behind the U.S. at $143 billion, spending 2 percent of GDP, compared with Japan’s 1 percent.
