yeah, this will bode well for their proposed six-nation talks to start up again. I'm not saying they SHOULDN'T extend the sanctions -- they most certainly should -- but I think doing this and turning around and saying, "Hey, come on back to the six-nation talks (so we can discuss bilateral issues)" probably won't be met with anything but the usual NK backlash after promising to keep up sanctions for two more years.
