Japan holds development conference in Africa

Why?The public has been told that Japan didn't have the funding for such activities. More debt plus less investment in the homeland equals a paved road to being Greece.

How to fight climate change:

Move to higher ground.

Not too sure if this is the only reason Japan help poor African countries, when CHINA is all over the African continent investing billions and billions of $$$$!!! Africa may have many poor folk but that is because they have a hand full of filthy rich people in power in many if not most of the countries making the corruption in Mexico feel like geez, Mexico could be as clean and nice like Switzerland?? Ah yes, and are the Chinese giving away bribes $$$ all over Africa?? Sure, but they are also building many good roads, ports etc..helping many Africans to help themselves.
