Japan needs to come up with a better reason for withholding aid to DPRK, and I'm sure if they rubbed their brains together they could find a more valid one.

Am guessing this is making the headlines because of Japan's policy to keep harking on about the abductions.

Can anyone explain to me why the United States is expected to give free aid to its enemies, while North Korea's one actual ally - China* - isn't expected to lift a finger?

It truly blows my mind.

*China also happens to account for >80% of North Korea's foreign trade.

well we always give too much to countires who don't deserve it. what the US shoul do is tell them to take down all that anti US propaganda pictures. they get aid from US & Japan & they want aid?/ Food? those NK schools in Japan should be shut down also.
