    will Japanese government give arms to Myanmar Army to kill minorities in mekong reagion. Actually, mekong was belong to Shan State where Myanmar army rape and killed resident there. Japanese government inviting Burmese Government to this round of discussion will meant Japanese government will support Myanmar Fascist Government
