This is about Japan protecting it self from "Directed Energy Weapons" being used to creat Earthquakes, typhoons and using electromagnetic
spying on Japanese Government and people.
Now space weapons are being used to control societys worldwide. Though
you may not know that these weapons are in use, they are creating events
all around the world to cause havoc and destruction of countries as a
control mechanism to intimidate governments to cooperate on any issues
they might want to use to control them.

So...spying on other countries from space is not to be considered offensive. That will be interesting to talk about after China zaps those satellites, as a defensive gesture, of course.
I wonder whether these satellites will be eventually used to spy on us, the citizens of the world, in the upcoming NWO.
Incidentally, there is a British guy called John Lenard Walson who has apparently already, quote, "...discovered a new way to extend the capabilities of small telescopes and has been able to achieve optical resolutions - at almost the diffraction limit - not commonly achievable. With this new-found ability, he has proceeded to videotape, night and day, many strange and heretofore unseen objects in earth orbit. The resulting astrophotographic video footage has revealed a raft of machines, hardware, satellites, spacecraft and possibly space ships which otherwise appear as 'stars'...if they appear at all."
Someone answer this question...why are there still spy satellites between countries with good relations? I can understand countries that are just not to be trusted given their history for non-change and radical thought towards the rest of the world. In this I don't think it's wrong.
...why are there still spy satellites between countries with good relations:good today, who know about tomorrow?Just in case...besides there is always MONEY to be made between "friends".

Perhaps another question might be why are there so many CCTV cameras in Britain? And why is the US gov. spying on it's own people's email, phone communications? etc, etc. Don't be surprised if the same kind of thing starts happening here (if it isn't already.)
what is to be gained by military-use satellites versus non-military use satellites that would perform the same duties? Given the massive debt Japan is under I can't see this being justified, or even paid for.

What's the word form our continental friends, are they afraid that Japan might commit war crimes against their gray friends?

Interestingly, the same guy has also been continually harassed by his gov. (as he shows on his videos.)
If the above is true then these full-scale spy satellites will probably only be an enhancement to what is already up there.

Based on Japan's aerospace record, this should be good news for China.
