21 mil which will go straight into the pockets of the generals and Japan knows it. This is nothing more than a business transaction
and big blow to those who were protesting over human rights abuse and entry of foreign aid workers in cyclone hit areas and death of Japanese journalist.
Why the heck would they do this? It is purely a political statement and very little of the money (if any) will actually end up being 'aid'. How about they put 21 million bucks into earthquake proofing the schools in Japan? This really boils my bart!

It didn't take long to forget about the Japanese journalist murdered in cold blood by the China-supported army.
