And once again, when the people in question return home they'll talk about the need to raise taxes because there's not enough money to cover domestic costs.

I can just see the follow up news in a couple of months time when the same bunch of small Pacific nations come out in support of Japanese whaling " research " activities.

I told you before, Japan is the world easiest ATM! If you refrained to rob those hard earned blood money from Japanese taxpayers, you should feel 'guilt' for yourself! Yes those pacific islanders will gratitutes what Japan's contributions of today.............time will tell!

A (vague) joint declaration on the setting up of INTERNATIONAL laws incurs the payout of US$500 mil from the Japanese tax payers...what is the logic behind it ?
