    Afghan should collect this money immediately...pledge as much as you can but dont pay...this is what is happening with all donor countries.

    If this 20 billion in development goes into afghan nation building, they will have 66 percent more in GDP. Afghans will increase GDP to USD 52 billion, that better than north koreans.
