Japanese government should consider inviting of Burma to this round of discussion. Thein Sein , prime minister of Burma , handled relocation of Burmese minorities in Shan Land in Mekong region and in charge and one of the main responsible person of Burmese regime who killed local people and forced lobour charges in me kong region.

The regime of Burma is worse than Narzi Regime of Germany in last century. If japanese support regime, the name of reputation of Japanese government will lost in world community

I'm sorry, but I can't get my head around, "Japan" and "Environmental care", at the same time.
