Hahahahha and we urge you to shut up!!!!! North Korea or other nations urge you to get your stuff(i had a better word in mind but i censure is a silly thing) together before lecturing anybody... Really North Korea isnt heaven, far from it, but procratinating and beating around the bush isnt exactly one of their flaw....

Urging a country to keep it's agreements isn't lecturing. Lecturing is when a you tell someone to do something that they had never agreed to in the first place.

When are you people going to wake up and realize that N. Korea is a puppet sitting on the hand of China. China pulls the strings not N. Korea. China uses N. Korea like a mad dog on a rope, China can let go of the rope and mad dog will bite you then China just stands back and says "hey that's not my dog".

Urge away the nutty north never keeps their promises. Time to cut off all aid from all sources and finally strangle the North Korean regime.

OgieDoggie,
The most serious mistake anyone might make is to underestimate your enemy! if u always think about things so straight way and never really use your brain and only show how mad you are, then u can never understand any international situation!

Haaa !
Asking North Korea to keep its promises is like asking a Nun not to pray.
