A strong warning, eh?

That'll make them sit up and take notice!

NOT!

RE: All three said they were hoping that China, the North’s closest ally and chief source of aid, would also work for a strong resolution.

What a joke! China does not have the leverage or else it would have done so already, just like they did when they took the islands recently and built on them regardless of what anyone said or keeps saying, like they did in Tibet, and on and on...The poor excuse of influx of NK going into China is a feeble attempt shy of saying there is nothing they can do. clearly NK has proven that too. Resolutions, please NK even changed their own currency. The only way to solve them is to have both China and NK real backup the Russians concede a bow out. The US should aid SK only China or Russia make a move regardless how small, Japan has no fight unless attacked, SK - NK should handle this all by themselves and simply finish the fight to move forward. This is war and has gone on for much to long. So propose that Russia, China, US,Japan and everyone else stay out of it and let them have that last fight. OR SK invade and wipe out NK once and for all, they have the upper hand anyway the whole world knows this.

Let's pass a UN resolution to punish them for breaking a previous UN resolution to punish them for breaking a previous UN resolution to.......

A strong warning? In what way? By giving them aid in return for the cancellation of their nuclear program? What's funny in all of this is that they're so tough on Iran about its nuclear program while can't do anything about N. Korea, a far more irrational country.

I heard they're working on a Very Strong Warning (VSW) and a Really, Really Strong Warning (RRSW) in case warnings need to escalated.

Unless China retracts it's 1961 agreement to protect North Korea, they will feel free to do as they want knowing no one will touch them.
