NKorea would resume the war against SKorea, US, if UNSC decided severe resolution.

That's right, anything they come up with will be an act of war to NK. This fiasco is destined to end in some kind of conflict, unless NK suddenly backs off.

I really think that NKorea has gone too far tyis time and they are pushing for a conflict with Skorea (and others). However they don't seem to realize that they probably aren't worth defending from Russia and China's point of view.

From China's point of view, north Korea was A1 good student from class! China's political doctrine is simple:Regieme comes out of gun barrel! Thats why China made nuclear arsenals in mid1960s and escalating the vietnam war and finally brought US to defeat and bail out of Indo-China. If China never making the nuclear arsenals, america will threaten to use nukes over China like Douglas MacArthur threatened in Korean war! The situation in the Korean peninsula is the same, the only method to force the US,Japan alliance to talk peace and evictions of US troops out of north east asia is to bringup the nuclear bombs! US and Japan were too arrogances to asia countries and it's time for them to pay the debt! Sure China will defend North Korea because US still selling weapons to Taiwan and intended to form encirclement against china with India and australia! It was a complete naive believes that China will helping US! China hates US military presents in asia and will doing everything to undermine US strength.America is the enemy of China and so does China is an enemy state of US,sure nothing can cooperate,america's troubles is China's gains!

Why bother? They can reinforce sanctions, or they could just cancel the meeting and go and play golf instead. I don't see how either path would yield a different result.
