Let's remind Japan that these two territories have never been fully intergrated into Georgia. I doubt the MOFA will be able to tell us what happened throughout Shervanadze's term as leader of Georgia. The status of Ossetia, Abkhazia, Norgorno Karaba, Chechnya and one or two other places in the former CCCP have never been settled. Japan should do its homework.
