    I would like the IMF, the US-SEC and Interpol to monitor Japan's intended Sovereign Wealth Fund. It's to be HQ'd in the LDP's own offices. Sovereign (national) Weatlh Fund my foot! It's the LDPSWF......more cash in envelopes in the back rooms! Japan needs M O R E transparency, not less!
