TOKYO —

Japan’s top government spokesman said on Monday he welcomes news that euro zone leaders have reached a deal on Greece and hopes the agreement will be steadily implemented to stabilise a region vital for global growth.

Well, this top government spokesman needs to take care of Japanese sovereign debt first which is much much worse than Greece. I see Japanese financial collapse in horizon. Japanese currency needs to go down to 200-300 yeb/$ range..
