Japan should just stay out of it and not support any reconstruction efforts until the war is finished. Why waste our tax money to rebuild something now that will be destroyed 5 minutes later.

I am in total agreement but then I've always been against the whole idea of the war in Afghanistan as I think it's a lost region.
But to be fair, this is just typical politics and Japan is just being diplomatic.
