    Not sure what there is to discuss, the Russians plan to steal all of Japans investments in due course. They are not to be trusted. Any deal is not worth the paper it is printed upon.

    Interesting, last time Red Vlad was in Tokyo, he discovered that they'd arranged a signing ceremony for him to hand back the islands. Somewhat chagrined he cut the trip short and went home for some home-made borscht, black bread and tea. No signing and no islands!
