U.S. fought with Iraq many years, but fail to get any nuclear weapon there. US imposed business restriction on Iran, as Iran did not stop its nuclear program. Japan always afraid with North Korea’s nuclear program. India is worrying about Pakistan’s nuclear program and Pakistan is worrying about India’s nuclear program. Please don’t forget about the China’s nuclear program, we are all worrying about it. U.S. – India nuclear deal will create unnecessary nuclear arms race in Asia, as other countries may demand for nuclear technology in the name of peaceful energy program. If U.S. will not sell technology to other countries than Russia will sell it. Who can stop Russia? Dirty business!

Russia is back and the Cold War is on again which means that Russia will sell to anyone. I don't see an end to this in our life time and Japan has already seen the end result back in 1945. God help us (because no one else is going to).
