There is only one duty, only one safe course, and that is to try to be right. - Winston Churchill

Gemba selected a right leader as his mentor. I like that.

Of course he should admire Churchill a man who stood against evil. His past antics of skiing wearing a Doraemon scartf and Rock man gloves will no doubt make him ridiculed around the world.

Churchill was a sexist bigot. He was also a war leader. Japan is not at war. Now is a time for Japan to rebuild and strengthen. This is the wrong guy.

@Asago, I do not know how old you are, but Churchill was there at the right time and right place to end WWII. There has been many books written about him. If you think he is a wrong guy, who is your mentor? Can you name a few for me? What do they believe in?

Some possible mentors could be Mary Robinson(Ireland), Charles III (Europe), Martin Luther King(USA), Hassan Nasrallah(Lebanon) and Hu Jintao(China). These are all smart people who have either had to face wars of sorts, or avoided them, but the main thing was their dedication to the people.

Yes Winston Churchill, the British hero who was voted out of his job as soon as the war ended.

Japan's future lies with allying up with her neighbours, namely China. Why you ask?

When oil runs out, Russia, China, Taiwan, Koreas, will be the ones defending the Middle East against Europe/US onslaught.

I firmly believe Japan will follow this group. It's already moving that way, if you can't see it already.
