It looks like Japan's world financial rescue mission will be delayed while Japan makes some appointments. I suppose Aso should refrain from criticizing other countries which ARE able to TAKE ACTION!!! He calls The US central bank's actions insufficient, but is unable to even put a suggestion on the table because HIS board is missing two members!!
