Ozawa basically needs to shut his mouth: all he can do is complain, but he never has any solutions. What a loser!!! He seems JUST LIKE Nancy Pelosi: full of complaints, but no solutions. I pray he never becomes Prime Minister!!!!

Blue Tiger - Don'T worry, Ozawa will never become prime minister.

Um, aren't you aware that leaders of big opposition parties are sort of required to complain about what the government's doing? Suggesting that Ozawa should shut his mouth is a bit unrealistic.

Who'd have thought it... the opposition opposing what the government is doing. Whatever next?!

While I generally agree with The Sarge I would remind everyone that over a year ago I became impressed with the rapport between the people of Japan and Ozawa and I predicted that one day Ozawa would bring the DPJ to the forefront. He has worked his way to where he is today and he still has the support of the peace loving Japanese. I predict he will one day be the PM.

called for quick public parliamentary elections so that voters could have a voice in deciding what measures Japan takes for the global economic crisis

Erm, isn't it for the parties to decide upon the measures and then ask the public to vote on them?

Sounds like Ozawa is admitting the DPJ has no plans and is almost begging the public to help him out.

"Send your suggestions to DPJ headquarters and the best one gets 100,000 yen!"
