2 year jail term waiting for him in Thailand if he returns there, I say Japan arrest him at the airport and stick this theiving scum bag on a one way flight to bankok, he is a fugitive from justice.
But being that corrupt criminals run japan he will get a big welcome and afforded all the diplomatic priviledges, shame on you japan AGAIN.

If only. He's not going to jail if he returns to Bangkok, his sister would pardon him in a flash. But he's too smart to go back just yet - he still has to wait a few months while she consolidates her hold on power.

If Japan dose not arrest him then is has lost all credibility. (I guess) Thaksin Shinawatra made a donation to a politician so he can try and gain his credibility. How can the people hit by the tsunami be supported by a criminal like this and now he supported by (must be) criminals. The rich get richer and the poor get the picture!
