    Forget the corrupt and hypocritical U.N. Japan doesn't need to offer more aid for no return or appreciation.

    All of this aid doesn't appear to do anything to improve global poverty. Instead it just seems to increase the birth rate - creating more poor - and fills the coffers of corrupt U.N. workers and those of even more corrupt national leaders and their cronies.
