Looks ominous. Timothy Geithner and Larry Summers were commanders in chief to conquer the Japanese financial businesses in 1990's. They never listened to their Japanese counterparts' proposition that adequate restraint should be applied to financial business, which in turn would eventually bring about the present financial mess arising from the US. So what will they now instruct Japan to do? Do we have to pay by way of American TB's a goodly proportion of the rescue bailouts?
