Aso is saving the nation, plain and simple. Under his watch the Japanese economy has begun improving and will be set to overtake all others within a few years. The public is finally seeing that his policies are what's best and everyone has now seen what a fraud the DPJ truly is. Huge landslide victory for the LDP in next election.

Abe (former PM) made Japan a beautiful country, Aso making Japan Bright and Vibrant, LDP has produced many 'star' leaders and as such deserves such victories for another 50 years !

It just costs 12000Yen to each citizen to buy the election. And they are so stupid not to realize it's their own money!! I gave up hope on this people long time ago.

Has anyone got that stimulus money yet? I know Okinawan people are saying they are sure they will be last to see it.

this is so stupid. Population is really like a bunch of monkeys. You do nothing, they don't like you, you give them some bananas in form of stimulus package, they approve. pathetic.

Did Japan pay NK to launch this missile? Aso is probably no worse than the alternatives, that's the really sad thing.

Abe was totally useless and Aso has failed to realise that spending one's way out of trouble has only caused bigger problems. Japan is no more beautiful, bright or vibrant than it was before the LDP chose these clowns to run the government. The LDP is only good at producing leaders who can come up with catchphrases and vague, empty rhetoric. They only win elections because they've rigged the election system. They don't deserve to win as much as the opposition deserve to lose.

Aso gave us a cash present, ramped up the N.Korea issue, whaling, opposition fraud and his party is up to 24%. To get over the 50% mark all he needs now is a scary "terrorist" incident.
