I like how quick they're to bring up "Japan bashing" when "Swiss bashing" and "US bashing" and every manner of Xenophobia is the norm with foreign products. They need to take a good look in the mirror because they're really projecting their own beliefs here. Toyota got a slap on the wrists compared to Schindler over the number of people that died here.

These "quiet fixes" during routine servicing, or when you've called the car back in for fixing another problem seem very common here. Is it a case of "We don't want to worry the driver" or "We don't want the driver to know that the car has a problem?
Either way, it's worrying.....
