    Article 9 is as immovable as Japan wants it to be. If the day comes when they want to change it, it will be changed so fast it will leave your head spinning. But up until now that article has served Japan well. Just one idea, how many Japanese are alive today because they couldn’t join the South Koreans, Australian etc in Vietnam? Sometimes having a big brother can be as much a liability as an asset .
