Yeah you definitely shouldn't have small kids in the front passenger side the bag could well be worse than a crash without a bag, kids in the back seats please!

Simply, air bags should come with an on/off switch and other settings such as force of impact trigger. Let people make their own decisions. I don't want mine going off for a mere fender bender. And I might have a good reason to have my child in the front seat one day and want that thing either off or only going off in a major collision.
