A senior judge, referring to a Supreme Court survey of 120 cases where courts ordered the forcible transfer of a child from one parent to another in divorce disputes, but in 52% of the cases, the transfer failed because one parent rejected the order. (Yomiuri Shimbun)

    I think its abundantly clear that Japans handling of family breakups & divorce etc is bruttly dismal, needs a massive overhaul to handle the locals & international marriage situaions BIGTIME
