quote of the day

The logical place would be in the grounds of TEPCO's Fukushima plants...keep it all in one place.

they used to send this stuff to Windscale for processing. don't the UK take waste any more?

How about disposing the waste in a SAFE way on one of t the uninhabited islands ???
GW
For pete's sake CLEARLY the waste needs to be stored VERY close to where it is NOW, there is no other logical workable choice, there DONE
Now get on with it, this is going to be many many decades
Common sense needs to seriously start kicking in wrt to a lot of the issues with the nuke plants, waste, relocation etc. The time for screwing around has past!
