Staring at screens for extended periods of time from a young age is a good way to strengthen as well as improve your vision. I encourage my students to always make sure that they cup their hands to their screen and press their noses basically right up against it for max vision training. They have exhibited very good scores on their eye tests.

There is actually no research that shows constant technology use causes any permanent vision damage. But starring at bright screens for hours on end can lead to smaller-scale problems such as tension headaches, dry eye and eye strain.
