Hot weather tends to make people unwind, and females tend to let down their guard, whereas men feel more emboldened. Some men, feeling less restrained, might say to themselves, ‘It’s okay to go after this girl.'

The only thing the females are letting down is their bust line ! The summertime in Japan brings out the skimpy clothes, the wet t-shirt look via the sudden rainstorms or by simple sweat, and salarymen spending too much time at the rooftop beer gardens. Lemme see, short skirt, see through sweat soaked t-shirt, and one anhibriated drunken slob... yep, trouble !
