I don't think the basic direction of the manifesto is wrong, but I have to admit, we had an optimistic view of financial resources. I'd like to apologize to the public, as the manifesto leaves much to be desired.

    Didn't they cut off a huge amount of revenue by making the expressways free/2,000 rather than just lowering the prices from ridiculous?
