Not for the children whose real life PHOTOGRAPHS are used to create these images
Japan is the world's pervy uncle!!

And what exactly is indecent or obscene about a vagina? Are you saying here that the majority of the population of Japan - the world, even! - is walking around with something indecent stashed in their slacks? Puritans of the world unite, right...?

Definition of "indecent images" needs to be better defined. For example, the rumored-to-be-gay Michelangelo sculpted many - Many - naked men and slapped religious-oriented names on them (David). Indecent?
On the other hand, what is with some in Japan who persist and insist on pedophilia in manga, anime, and music?

Freedom of expression was expressed and ignored.

I am very curious about how this ruling happened, if the law is clear that representations without real children is not banned how could they justify a guilty ruling on a representation without any real children? Was it proved that images of real children were used? (punishing posesion?)
