Except the third principle was violated from the time it was announced, with Japanese connivance, and the papers that prove it (at least on the American side) have long since seen the light of day.

Please remind Abe that then-Prime Minister Ohira told the US basically, if you don't ask to bring in nuclear weapons, we can't deny you permission to bring them in. i.e. Don't Ask and we can ignore them.
