How does it make the man happy? If the woman is happy she will be more willing to engage in marital sports and that will make the man happy. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure this one out.

J-men need to learn more than that, at first maybe learn to be more well-mannered, learn that gropping women in trains is not right behavior and finally understand that a woman is not a thing. After that probably they could learn the meaning of "new" words like "love" and "beautyful". Of course, the lessons include some sensibilisation classes about their history, including the "Nanking Massacre" for example.
