Of course, she's right, but in only the proverbial way - she hasn't said how. Calling her(self) a 'strategist' is a bit much, mainly because a real strategist would die before being given five-seconds of fame thanks to a quick quip.

While she is perfectly right, she ay first take a look at her own company and ask why so many people are still at the office late at night... GS is hardly a good example of balancing work and family life

From the point of views of the jijis, Japan became second largest economy in the world because of their hard work. All those 80+ hours spent for work, was the sole reason of Japan's success. So, if you tell them 8-hours work day, they'll just laugh it off and tell you to "get back to work".
