I wonder if it has Osaka's best Okonomiyaki (Yoneyama-san's teppanyaki two blocks north of the Dotonbori Hotel)?

The reason people aren't spending is because they are worried about the pension system and fear for their future. If we fix that, then they will be more confident to spend and that will boost the economy.
