Do these people have special privileged plans for health insurance like their counterparts in America?
Also, how come they are not forced to retire at age 60, and then get rehired back at minimum wage until 65?

Because they make the rule s- and then ignore them and make ones that suit them. You've got to remember that Koizumi wasn't even paying into the national pension/health care when he was PM. How twisted is that??
