It broke for me a long time ago when their managers began to embezzle (steal) NHK subs for their themselves!

Where do I sign up for tis petition? Oh, wait. My money's good enough to pay NHK to promote right-wing, nationalistic trash, but not good enough to protect me from this kind of blatant extortion. Can't I stop paying NHK fees because they force me to unwittingly support a poltical cause, which is in clear violation of the terms of my visa? ;-)

What are their demands exactly??? anyway, not like paying the NHK licence fee is particularly well enforced. some bloke in a face mask comes to the door every 3 months or so, rings a few times and then pushes off. i have never paid this in over 10 years in Japan. anyway, tend to watch all my TV thru SkaPa

"the relationship of trust with viewers has already collapsed" about the same time they tried to make me pay to watch.
