New Year celebrations are a very joyful time for children. I hope this campaign will serve to inspire the passing down of local traditions from adults to children.

    I sincerely hope that the Japanese population is able to preserve at least some traditions in their original form; traditions that had been so rich and are now transformed into zombie like caricatures of the original with only one target: making more money.
