Hahahaha. Ah yeah right. I'm sure they'll just jot that down.

"We abused prisoner today" Whelp marks on his arms and legs. Save for future reference.

This really is the quote of the day.

Makoto Taki seems to be a tad unfamiliar with the penal system in Japan.

"Amnesty International has cited Japan for abuse of inmates by guards for infractions of prison rules. This abuse is in the form of beatings, solitary confinement, overcrowding, or "minor solitary confinement" (keiheikin), which forces inmates to be interned in tiny cells kneeling or crossed legged, and restrained with handcuffs for prolonged periods of time."

    (Excerpt from Wikipedia)

Also, I wonder if there actually is 'an abuse log' kept in Japanese prisons?

Of course there is no record of abuse, no one would record such a thing, who let this fool Makoto Taki become in charge of anything other than a rockin horse?

Words fail me to describe the brainlessness of this guys statement.

Japan's prisons are horrible, that should be common knowledge by now. Do they have the goal to rehabilitate, or destroy, I wonder?
