The majority of lonely deaths are people who are kind of messy.

Taichi Yoshida, the owner of a small moving company in Osaka that specializes in cleaning out the homes of the dead because their relatives are either too squeamish to pack things up, or there aren’t any family to call on. (Time magazine)
